The Regen Studio designs experiences, stories and conversations.
Through art, food and hospitality, storytelling and deep dialogue, we create spaces where people can move beyond the familiar, encounter new perspectives and imagine what might become possible together. Because the experiences we remember are not simply the ones we attend. They are the ones that touch something within us and change what we see when we return.

Hi, I'm Nicola - Founder of The Regen Studio
I’m an experience designer, storyteller, facilitator, host and motivational speaker, and truly an artist at heart. I create experiences and conversations that help us reconnect: with ourselves, with one another and with the living world around us.
My journey has taken me through hospitality, journalism, diplomacy, social entrepreneurship and grassroots innovation. Along the way, I have contributed to TIME, worked with institutions including the World Economic Forum, led Gastromotiva and co-founded the Social Gastronomy Movement, a global movement spanning more than 80 countries and using gastronomy as a force for social change.
Having lived and worked across cultures, sectors and disciplines, I have developed a particular ability to connect people, ideas and perspectives that might not usually meet. Art and creativity are central to how I work: they allow us to feel beyond words, see the world differently and imagine possibilities that reason alone may not reveal.
I created The Regen Studio to design experiences and dialogues that touch us deeply, shift perspectives and stay with us long after they end. Together with a trusted circle of creatives and experts, I bring these moments to life.

Speaking & project highlights
Worlds Together.
Together with the Social Gastronomy Movement, we designed and brought to life Heineken’s global “World Together” campaign. A locally rooted experience rolled out across more than 18 countries to bring people together across social divides.
Through thoughtfully designed encounters and facilitated conversations, participants were invited to move beyond assumptions, listen deeply and discover connection across difference. We supported its implementation, trained local teams in participatory practices and led the impact evaluation over two years.
Open Innovation Summit.
We designed and implemented the first-ever Open Innovation Summit at the renowned EHL Hospitality Business School - from concept development and experience design to speaker curation and innovatin challenge facilitation.
With 385 participants, 48 speakers from over 20 countries, and 7 innovation challenges, the summit became a living lab for regenerative innovation, connecting academia, industry, startups and students to co-create the future of hospitality and beyond.
Tedx Brazil.
This TEDx talk “A Future Distinct from the Past,” serves as a good example of our vision and last decade of learnings. Nicola explores how personal and collective transformation are intertwined, and how we can move from disconnection to regeneration.
She shares lessons from her global journey as a social entrepreneur, showing how dignity, food and collaboration can ignite more inclusive futures.
The talk is an invitation to reimagine what’s possible when we lead with purpose and act from the heart.
