Rooted in grassroots movements and leadership experience at global institutions, I bring a unique blend of living systems thinking, a regenerative mindset and a heart-centered, action-driven approach to every collaboration.

I believe that true change starts within and ripples outward through our relationships, communities, systems and ultimately the planet. This belief in concentric circles of change informs everything I do.

After years leading at the forefront of systems change as a social entrepreneur, The Regen Studio now serves as a way to share my knowledge, network and experience to help organizations and leaders accelerate their transition to a more regenertive way of working and being.
